You cannot miss Castel Sant Angelo if you are visiting Rome.
In fact in its main entrance has tons of beauties. Wonders that starts from the chambers prepared from Popes, to the loggias (as Giulio’s II ones), to the internal courtyards and an enormous terrace from where you will admire enchanted the view of Rome.
You will reach this terrace by climbing a lot of stairs, in the semi-darkness and that guide you through different levels. During this walk you can stop near the lift bridge, in the urn chamber or either in the Courtyard.
Our suggestion is to visit Castel Sant Angelo during the sunset, you will see colors hard to explain in words and that only Rome has.
